One Week On (& more pics)

Well. it's been a week & two days since little Jonathan James was born, and we're all enjoying plenty of cuddles with the little guy. We can't decide on which short version of his name to use. We're trying several options: Jonathan, Jonny and 'JJ' and we'll see which one seems to stick! Jo is a wonderful mother & has naturally slipped into the baby thing after 4 years (though she does get tired as you can imagine!) The kids are really taken with him & love cuddling & kissing him (even when he's trying to sleep!). All in all, we're surviving though his eating & sleeping routines are frankly pretty random. Anyway, it's early days yet so watch this space.

We had a brilliant first family outing to the Build-a-bear factory last Thursday where three new bears were made form scratch and added to our family in celebration. As you can see from the photo - together we're a formidable bunch!!

Thanks to everyone who posted messages, sent texts & cards of congratulations & support over the last few days. It really means a lot to us and we're very grateful.
