Birthday Surprise

Well - the other day it was my birthday, and to be honest it was quite hard to say who was more excited about it - me or the kids! I was awoken with special breakfast then took the kids to school as I had the day off. Jo & I chilled out together & then after school I was taken for a surprise family bowling trip. The kids thought this was great - especially the shoes! Don't tell anyone but we left the sides up for Jo & I as well as the kids although we didn't manage to score too many more than them!

At home there was yet another surprise as my sister turned up for tea, and then to cap it all, I had a guitar shaped birthday cake. Wow oh wow!
